Communications Executive

Description:

At Alliance Healthcare, part of Cencora, the Communications Executive - Digital plays a vital role in driving digital communication strategies to support both internal and external stakeholders. The role involves creating, managing, and analyzing engaging digital content across multiple platforms to promote health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Communications:
  Implement digital communications strategies and execute projects within timelines and budgets. Manage content on channels like the company intranet, digital signage, LinkedIn, and TV screens.

• Social Media Management:
  Create and schedule engaging content for social media, especially LinkedIn, and monitor platform effectiveness with data-driven insights.

• Teams Live Events:
  Support internal and external live digital events, including content production.

• Video Management:
  Collaborate with external agencies to produce video content that aligns with the Cencora purpose and values, managing delivery within deadlines and budgets.

• Measuring Success:
  Assist in communication metrics analysis and recommend improvements to increase impact.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience in digital communications and digital channel management.

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creative mindset with strong editing and content creation abilities.

• Experience with social media, websites, and digital video.

• Attention to detail and proactive teamwork.

• Familiarity with Canva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

• Ability to contribute innovative ideas and improve communication strategies.
