Community & Customer Marketer

 

Description:

Bókun is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Community & Customer Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community around the Bókun brand, both online and offline, to drive customer success, engagement and referrals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Build a Bókun Community: You'll develop and implement strategies to create a space where tour and attraction businesses can learn, network, and grow.

 

Drive Customer Success: You'll design and execute programs (webinars, newsletters, social content) to both reactivate our Free supplier base and educate and engage new customers.

 

Fuel Growth Through Referrals: Our referral program shows promise, but we need to take it further. You'll collaborate with product to enhance brand and product affinity, driving a significant increase in customer referrals.

 

Social Media Champion: You'll develop and implement a content strategy to increase reach, engagement, and ultimately drive qualified leads.

 

Multi-faceted Marketing Expertise: You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate community initiatives into broader campaigns. Additionally, you'll seek to leverage Tripadvisor's resources for co-marketing opportunities.

 

Stay Ahead of the Curve: You'll proactively identify new trends and opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 


  • Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.

  • Deep understanding of how community engagement impacts customer satisfaction and business goals.

  • Experience with social media marketing strategies and best practices.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community/customer marketing or a related field.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Can effectively prioritize tasks and adjust strategies based on community feedback and needs.

  • Proactively identifies challenges, improves processes, and challenges the status quo.

  • Has a keen interest in travel and technology.

  • A passion for travel and technology.
