You will build and shape an online global community dedicated to emotional growth and meaningful connection. Working with a pioneering organization focused on psychology, philosophy, art, and culture, you will help foster personal and professional growth through curated content, discussions, and events.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage an online membership community
Create and enforce community guidelines for respectful and meaningful exchanges
Moderate discussions and activities to foster an inclusive, warm atmosphere
Curate themes, conversation prompts, and events aligned with organizational values
Track engagement metrics, analyze feedback, and adapt initiatives for growth and retention
Community development and management experience in digital membership or wellness contexts
Ability to engage community members and moderate effectively
Strong writing skills to inspire reflective and clear communication
Familiarity with community platforms (Circle, Mighty Networks, Slack, Discord)
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work independently
Personal or professional interest in psychology, philosophy, or emotional development
Experience with content-driven or thought-leadership communities
