Compliance Engineer

 

Description:

Our Compliance Engineer will focus on:


  • Act as a technical lead for mid and complex customer accounts.
  • Conduct technical document reviews and sample screening activities.
  • Provide support for initial troubleshooting and support the Compliance Specialist team in regulatory & technical challenges (i.e. sample non-compliances, blocked applications etc).
  • Create and maintain internal training material for delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Undertake and manage technical research activities
  • Provide operation technical support to the KPC and KPC Customers
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance applications run smoothly and that service metrics are met.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues

Do you have what it takes?

  • Hold a relevant engineering or scientific degree (e.g. electrical engineering, physics etc).
  • Have sound experience in an engineering role, preferably in and RF / EMC / Electronic arena.
  • Previous experience with reviewing and interpretating engineering documents and drawings including test reports, electrical schematics, PCB’s etc.
  • Previous ‘hands-on’ / practical experience with using test and measurement equipment (e.g. spectrum analyser, oscilloscope) for simple measurements.
  • Previous experience of troubleshooting and resolving technical & regulatory issues.
  • Ability to recognise the concept of ‘good enough’ and deliver a technical aim for a commercial goal.
  • Relevant experience of balancing the needs of customers and colleagues.
  • Dynamism for problem solving and teamwork.
  • Aptitude for accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
