About the Role: As the Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client operates in a compliant manner, safeguarding against fraudulent activities and adhering to regulatory guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Leading the team in delivering against the Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Identifying opportunities for improvements at various levels
• Providing feedback on risks, controls, and issues within the business
• Deputising for the Compliance Manager when required
• Overseeing the development of Compliance Officers
• Drafting comprehensive reports on compliance activities and findings
• Monitoring adherence to regulatory and legislative rules and guidance

Key Requirements:
 

• Proven leadership experience
• Background in Audit or Compliance
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a passion for service delivery
• Ability to be self-managing and handle a scheduled workload effectively
