Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Perm)
At its heart, this is a hands-on Compliance Manager role for someone who understands FCA regulation but also enjoys working directly with the business. You would be the person helping teams understand "what does this regulation actually mean for us, what do we need to change, and how do we put it into practice?"
 
You'll work across different business areas, translating regulatory requirements into workable processes, controls and ways of working, supporting regulatory change and helping strengthen first-line ownership. It's therefore less about sitting in Compliance checking what the business has done, and much more about working alongside the business to help them get it right in the first place.
