Compliance Manager

Description:

Our client is a Top 100 Law Firm with an opening for an ambitious Compliance Manager to join their team in Bath.

This role is perfect for someone with expertise in AML/CDD processes gained from compliance positions within a law firm.

Within this role, you will:

• Offer guidance on CDD requirements, SOWs/SOFs and background checks
• Manage client onboarding software and review incoming reports
• Manage client/matter inception processes, respond to queries and identify opportunities for improvement
• Deliver firmwide CDD and CMI training
• Assist in AML and file opening risk assessments, along with conflicts of interest checks
• Advise of PEPs and sanctions
