Connected Performance Account Manager

 

Description:

OMD UK is seeking a highly motivated Paid Social Account Manager to join its Agile Activation Unit, supporting the Business Director in managing resources for critical accounts during seasonal demand periods, annual planning, new business wins, holiday cover, and other high-priority situations. This role involves working with some of the most innovative brands and alongside award-winning specialist teams, delivering rapid and effective marketing solutions.

The position requires core craft expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail to manage campaigns effectively and support team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Director in managing resources across critical accounts.

  • Oversee high-priority campaigns and seasonal account activity, ensuring timely and effective execution.

  • Collaborate with award-winning teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions for clients.

  • Act as a problem solver, providing rapid solutions and maintaining high standards of campaign delivery.

  • Support planning and operational processes for new business wins and account coverage.

Flexible Working:
