Construction Manager

Description:

We are looking to appoint a Construction Manager with Fit Out experience, to lead a small team in the early stages of a large scheme. As the project progresses the team would grow and remain with the project through life cycle for one of our key clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of construction delivery associated with your allocated package or area.
• Managing of the subcontractors.
• Managing and leading the health and safety standard.
• Liaising with the design management team to resolve build ability issues.
• Delivering the work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets.
• Managing of client inspections and sign offs of work elements.
• Achieving all business unit and KPI's.
• Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings.
• Maintaining high quality records.
