You're an entrepreneurial thinker with a knack for spotting opportunities and making things happen. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential—you'll be building trust and credibility with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure. Ideally, you'll have experience working in a professional services firm and a track record of driving revenue and profit growth in a consultancy setting. An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finance/regulatory compliance experience (e.g. as an inspector) would be a major plus, but what really matters is your ability to lead, innovate, and deliver.
