Consultant Clinical Immunologist

Description:

Dr. Hilmi Clinic London is seeking an experienced Consultant Clinical Immunologist to join their multidisciplinary fertility and reproductive health team. The role focuses on patient consultation and treatment, specifically supporting individuals with immune-related fertility challenges. The Clinical Immunologist will provide expert interpretation of KIR and HLA-C profiles, guide personalised treatment strategies, and optimise immune compatibility to help patients achieve successful pregnancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret KIR genotyping and HLA-C results for fertility patients.

• Provide consultation and personalised treatment for immune-related implantation failure or recurrent miscarriage.

• Recommend and monitor immune-modulating therapies to enhance implantation outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with fertility specialists to align diagnostics with treatment plans.

• Conduct follow-up consultations to adjust therapy plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialisation in Clinical Immunology or Reproductive Immunology.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Demonstrated experience in fertility-related immune management.

• Solid understanding of KIR/HLA-C interactions and reproductive implications.

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

• Registration or eligibility with the GMC (UK) or equivalent body preferred.
