Consulting Project Technical Director

Description:

Oracle Applications Consulting, in partnership with myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community, is seeking a Consulting Project Technical Director to lead customer programmes and cloud-based transformation projects across Oracle domains including ERPM, HCM, and CX.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Program Director with strong leadership abilities, Oracle cloud expertise, and a passion for driving complex digital transformation initiatives. As a key advisor, you will guide global clients through Oracle SaaS implementations, shaping innovative business solutions while ensuring sustainable and inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle-based project and programme delivery, ensuring scope, time, quality, and budget adherence

• Motivate and guide consulting teams across multiple technical domains

• Advise clients on SaaS adoption, AI integration, and transformation strategy

• Collaborate with Oracle account teams to prepare project proposals, resource strategies, and contract exhibits

• Oversee project governance, establishing effective standards and frameworks

• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing communications at all levels

• Prepare and maintain Project Management Plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations

• Forecast revenue and track progress using detailed project status reports

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring business continuity

• Drive continuous improvement through methodical engagement review and enhancement

• Ensure compliance with Oracle's internal policies and client-specific regulations

• Foster innovation and process optimization within the project delivery lifecycle
