Description:
An exciting new opportunity has become available to work for a Government body as a Contact Centre Operator. The role will be working from home, paying £13.74 per hour. The role is temporary, for 3 months with a view to extend. The hours will be Monday - Friday, 9-5.
The role of the Compliance Team will be to carry out daily quality and compliance assurance reviews across a range of inbound and outbound channels and Lines of Business. Making recommendations for enhancements as deemed necessary around advisor training materials, supporting information and the system / process followed.
You will need a sound level of contact centre experience operational knowledge, skills and wider experience to carry out this work.
The successful candidate must be flexible, able to work at a fast pace and often to tight deadlines with changing and challenging priorities.
