Specsavers in Flint is seeking a qualified and GOC-registered Contact Lens Optician to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional contact lens fitting and aftercare, while offering expert advice to customers and staff. The store is committed to using the latest equipment and providing a professional, customer-focused service. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with no late nights, and opportunities for clinical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform contact lens fitting and aftercare services, adhering to company procedures and professional guidelines.
• Advise customers on contact lens options for their prescriptions.
• Provide insertion/removal instruction to patients as needed.
• Manage appointment times efficiently to minimize customer waiting.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to contact lenses and spectacle dispensing options.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary up to £40,000 FTE based on experience.
• Up to £3,500 Golden Hello (terms apply).
• 33 days holiday (pro rata).
• 2 days per week (ideally Tuesday and Saturday, but flexible).
