Specsavers in Wrexham is seeking a qualified and passionate Contact Lens Optician to join their high-performing and customer-focused team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for contact lens services, helping patients achieve optimal vision while ensuring high-quality care and exceptional service. As one of the most trusted names in optometry, Specsavers serves one in three UK contact lens wearers, offering expert advice and affordable solutions.

You will work closely with the store team to provide professional contact lens fitting, aftercare, and consultation services while contributing to the growth and success of the store. Your expertise will play a vital role in boosting sales, building customer loyalty, and supporting the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional contact lens fitting and aftercare services to patients.

• Offer expert guidance and advice on lens options, usage, and care.

• Work collaboratively with the store team to meet customer needs and business goals.

• Support sales growth and enhance customer loyalty through excellent service delivery.

• Share your expertise with both customers and staff to promote best practices.

• Maintain high standards of clinical care using cutting-edge technology, including OCT.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registration as a member of the General Optical Council (GOC) is essential.

• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to meet sales and performance objectives while ensuring patient satisfaction.
