Content Creator - fixed term contract for 12-24 months
As part of a transformation programme, you will be responsible for reviewing, improving and standardising customer-facing communications.
You will help create new education content for members, including developing video scripts, storyboards, guidance products and web content. You’ll support our digital strategy and help us transform our member websites. As part of the role, you’ll support the Transformation Programme to develop project communications and internal messages in a range of formats.
This is a fixed term contract for 12-24 months and can be based in any of our city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
What does the role entail?
- Supporting the development and implementation of a Content Framework.
- Developing customer guidance and support materials using a range of formats.
- Reviewing, improving and standardising key customer-facing communications and forms.
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their communication needs.
- Helping to define, deliver and roll out a new digital strategy.
- Supporting the definition and development of clear online user journeys.
- Providing technical expertise to internal teams to help them improve their writing skills and make the content they produce clearer.
- Ensuring new and existing communications are compliant and in line with pensions regulations.
- Working in partnership with external suppliers to deliver content and communication products to time, quality, scope and budget.
What we’re looking for
- Pensions industry experience and knowledge is essential
- Proven track record of producing customer-facing communications and content.
- Experience communicating with customers using a range of different channels.
- History of working within a regulated environment.
- Experience developing content for websites and using Content Management Solutions (CMS).
- Presentation skills across various communication channels and audiences of senior stakeholder level.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and lead work packages independently.
- Pragmatic, with a keen eye for detail.
