Content Designer

Description:

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join their Content Design Team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role involves working both remotely and onsite in Leeds or Bradford. The Content Designer will ensure all digital content meets high standards and aligns with customer needs, playing a key role in the organisation’s ongoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a squad comprising Product Owners, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Developers to deliver high-quality user-centred content.

• Craft and refine user journeys and content, applying analytics, user feedback, and research to optimize effectiveness.

• Contribute to the development of content strategies that achieve efficiency and high-quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with team members, influencing and championing positive customer experiences.

• Manage personal workload effectively and proactively support overall team objectives.

• Optionally, build Digital Assistance into user journeys where applicable.

Skills Required:

• Expertise and proven track record in Content Design.

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.

• Analytical and research skills to understand user needs and optimize content.

• Ability to manage workload and contribute proactively to team efforts.

• Experience with digital-first content delivery and user experience best practices.
