To strengthen its marketing presence and storytelling capabilities, clixifix® is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who will bring creativity, strategy, and strong communication skills to help shape the brand’s voice, grow its digital presence, and generate meaningful engagement.
The Content Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving clixifix®’s content strategy. The successful candidate will craft compelling narratives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and produce content that highlights how clixifix® transforms customer care within construction and property industries.
This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical insight to deliver measurable marketing impact.
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.
Create and publish engaging content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases.
Produce high-quality written and visual content that reflects the company’s tone and values while educating and engaging target audiences.
Repurpose content across different channels (e.g., turn blogs into video scripts, infographics, and short-form social media content).
Social Media & Brand Management
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
Ensure all posts align with brand tone, design guidelines, and campaign messaging.
Monitor social engagement and adjust strategies to drive community growth and awareness.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create materials supporting lead generation and customer retention.
Partner with the wider marketing team to execute integrated campaigns, webinars, and events.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Use analytics tools to track content engagement, SEO performance, and conversions.
Report on content metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
Stay up to date on industry trends, SEO best practices, and new content technologies.
Essential:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field (preferably in B2B SaaS or technology).
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Creative, adaptable mindset with the ability to tailor tone and message for different audiences.
Desirable:
Background or familiarity with the construction, property, or SaaS industry.
Experience producing content in multiple formats including video scripts and infographics.
Data-driven approach with experience in measuring and improving content performance.
