Content Officer

 

Description:

Collaborate with the Marketing Insights Analyst to produce regular reports on digital activity and contribute to reporting to management.

Work with colleagues across the Public Engagement Group to create and join up effective customer journeys into and out of our channels and drive relevant traffic into our website.

Monitor team inboxes and provide assistance with enquiries, coordinate incoming briefs and monitor progress against workflows.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experienced in developing, creating and managing a wide range of engaging content including video, data visualisations, case studies, blogs, email, web and social media content.
  • Experience of creating content for a high profile brand
  • Proficiency in use of social media analysis tools and experience of effectively using results to refine activity
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of digital communications and content marketing tools
  • A customer focused creative thinker with excellent communication and time management skills.
