Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead on brand TOV, providing briefing guidance and quality assurance for all deliverables
- Apply strong SEO and GEO skills to support content strategy, briefing, and QA processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital content plans
- Manage large-scale projects and campaigns, coordinating with content strategists, designers, writers, and external partners
- Support methodology development and scoping for digital projects, ensuring best practices
- Ensure deliverables meet client standards and expectations, maintaining high quality and consistency
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing digital content programs, especially within FMCG or fast-moving consumer brands
- Exceptional editorial skills, with a proven ability to develop and uphold brand tone of voice
- Strong technical expertise in SEO, GEO, and digital content methodologies
- Hands-on experience briefing, QAing, and supporting digital content production
- Skilled project manager with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to content strategies
