Description:
As Contract Manager, you'll drive the delivery and operations of this standalone contract, offering a unique opportunity to revitalise and enhance a key project with significant visibility within Amey.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations for a workforce of 300+.
- Overseeing profit and loss management and serving as the budget holder.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for frequent internal and external stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinating with the operations team to optimise resource allocation and maintain service levels across approximately 85+ waste collection rounds per day.
- Managing vehicle maintenance, route planning, and addressing missed operations.
- Collaborating daily with teams to ensure service delivery and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Conducting monthly cost value meetings with the commercial finance team and preparing reports for client presentations.
- Participating in weekly team meetings and workshops focused on fleet maintenance and compliance.
