In Digital, recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™, is searching for a highly skilled CRO Manager to lead innovative optimisation strategies for globally recognised clients such as the Financial Times, The Independent, and Experian.
This role involves managing experimentation roadmaps, leading a growing team of CRO specialists, and designing impactful digital user journeys. As a key figure in the company’s optimisation offering, you will work cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, and strategists to deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates.
Own and lead testing strategies and CRO roadmaps for multiple clients across various sectors.
Use testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Piano, or Zephr to design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
Translate data insights using GA4 (Google Analytics 4, mandatory), Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, UX designers, and strategists to bring experiments to life effectively.
Coach and develop a team of CRO specialists, shaping the future direction of In Digital’s optimisation capabilities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on experimentation and UX matters.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRO or UX optimisation, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong proficiency in CRO testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
Essential experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data, statistics, and experimentation principles.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Bonus skills: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (support provided by front-end developers).
