A leading Midlands law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Stafford office on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with long-term training and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing legal correspondence and documents.
• Handling client interactions both in-person and over the phone.
• Managing daily filing, opening, closing, and retrieval of client files.
• Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Diary management for legal professionals.
• Organizing scanning and photocopying of legal documents.
• Audio typing from dictation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous legal assistant experience is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
