Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on complex, high-value M&A transactions and company re-organisations.

• Work on private equity investments, cross-border deals, and equity capital markets.

• Collaborate with award-winning partners across multiple sectors.

• Take a lead on matters with real autonomy and responsibility.

• Support business development and enjoy early client exposure.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier city or strong regional firm.

• Strong background in M&A and corporate restructuring.

• Bonus if you’ve worked on private equity (PE), equity capital markets (ECM), or international transactions.

• Commercially savvy, confident communicator, and team player.
