Reuben Sinclair is hiring a Corporate Communications Director for a globally acclaimed PR agency on an initial 6-month contract with strong potential to become permanent. This is a senior leadership opportunity in the corporate practice of a top-tier communications agency, offering the chance to lead communications for internationally recognized FMCG food and lifestyle brands. The focus will be on sustainability, executive visibility, brand purpose, and risk/crisis management.

This hybrid position based in London (2 days onsite) is ideal for a corporate communications expert seeking a long-term strategic role with a purpose-driven and forward-thinking agency known for innovation and global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global corporate communications for major FMCG accounts with a focus on sustainability, executive profiling, and brand reputation.

• Drive strategy and execution in stakeholder engagement, issues management, and media relations.

• Provide high-level counsel for crisis preparedness and reputation risk.

• Guide and develop a high-performing internal team.

• Collaborate with internal agency functions and client leadership teams.

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the client portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate communications within an agency environment.

• Strong track record working with FMCG or global food & beverage clients.

• Expertise in risk, reputation, and crisis communications.

• Effective team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

• A long-term mindset – openness to a temp-to-perm trajectory.

• Commercially minded, with business development insight.
