Corporate Development Analyst

My client is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join their growing team focused on M&A and strategic initiatives in the sports and entertainment space. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile deals and partnerships, with exposure to senior leadership and global expansion projects.

What You’ll Do

• Support all stages of the M&A process – sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, execution, and integration
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures
• Conduct market and industry research with a focus on sports and entertainment
• Prepare presentations and investment materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and commercial teams
• Provide strategic analysis to support senior decision-making
• Monitor performance of acquired businesses and track KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Growth Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Experience in Sports, Entertainment, or TMT is a strong plus
