Corporate Finance Executive

Simpson Judge are working with a fast-growing corporate finance business, with offices based in West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business as a Corporate Finance Executive, in a broad role, reporting to the CEO. Also offering hybrid working & study support.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial information, business plans, valuations and other business advisory projects
• Supporting the team in preparing financial due diligence reports for review
• Assisting in the ongoing development of department process and procedures
• Being part of a team delivering full disposal, acquisition and fund-raising engagements from start to finish
• Other ad-hoc tasks
• Assisting in other project work as required

Skills/Qualifications:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified preferred
• Experience in corporate finance
• Strong communication skills
