We are partnering with a rapidly expanding international technology company who are seeking a talented Corporate Legal Counsel to join their globally recognised legal team in London. The team is collaborative, high-performing, and plays a key role in supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will handle a broad and varied portfolio, including:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing client and supplier contracts.
• Advising client services and internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
• Developing and implementing policies to manage risk effectively.
• Leading legal and compliance training initiatives.
• Managing corporate governance, company secretarial, and structural matters.
• Providing guidance on areas such as corporate/commercial law, intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions, and regulatory compliance.

Who We’re Looking For

• A corporate/litigation/finance legal associate from a top-tier law firm.
• 1–3 years PQE with strong experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
