Hydrogen Group is working on an exciting opportunity with a highly ranked Tier 1 Offshore Law Firm in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). The firm is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer (2–6 PQE) to join their internationally recognized corporate team, which handles complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions. This role is ideally suited to ambitious associates looking to accelerate their career in a prestigious offshore environment while gaining exposure to world-class corporate work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a core member of the corporate legal team, advising on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other cross-border deals.

• Work closely with senior partners and an international client base comprising global institutions, corporates, and investors.

• Manage client relationships effectively, providing timely and commercially sound advice.

• Ensure compliance with applicable offshore legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the firm’s ongoing growth in the BVI and globally.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Admitted to practice in the UK (essential).

• Excellent academic credentials with a strong legal foundation.

• Training or experience gained at a top-tier international or leading UK law firm.

• A strong desire to relocate and build a career in the British Virgin Islands.

• Highly motivated, commercially aware, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced offshore environment.
