Description:
As a Corporate Manager at A2Dominion Group, you will play a pivotal role in the Governance and Compliance division by supporting key projects related to asset ownership, valuations, and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with the Corporate Counsel, you’ll ensure that all activities align with the organization’s mission of delivering safe, high-quality, and sustainable homes for diverse communities.
This position involves working on critical projects, analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficiency of the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Projects and Reporting: Prepare, deliver, and present projects related to asset ownership to stakeholders and senior management.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on asset ownership queries and analyze contracts and agreements for key terms and risks.
- Compliance Management: Maintain and develop the Asset Register while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Support: Provide data and support for regulatory reporting and returns as needed.
- Property Valuations: Assist the Treasury team with property valuations and address asset-related queries.
- Efficiency Projects: Identify and manage initiatives that bring cost savings and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A real estate-related degree or significant experience with legal ownership and governance.
- Proven expertise in a finance and commercial environment, with advanced analytical skills.
- Knowledge of housing association rules, regulations, and management systems.
- Experience with property valuations and property charging.
- GCSE-level education in Math and English (A*-C grades).
