Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate transactions such as takeovers, mergers, and restructuring.
• Provide legal support in management buyouts and buy-ins, and partnership agreements.
• Handle multi-million-pound deals and represent clients across various sectors.
• Build and maintain client relationships, expanding the firm’s corporate business.

Qualifications:

• Proven client following (highly advantageous).
• Strong experience from a reputable practice, preferably in Liverpool.
