As a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements. You will play a key role in advising a broad client base while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE
• Solid experience across a range of corporate and commercial matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
