Lucy Lawson Creative Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Corporate Reporting Designer to join their busy and collaborative creative studio. This role involves working on stakeholder engagement projects by delivering impactful print and digital design while contributing to the vibrant creative culture of the studio.

The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging concepts and designs, working closely with senior creatives, client service teams, and production colleagues. Managing creative projects independently while showcasing storytelling and design execution skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing high-quality designs aligned with client objectives and narratives.

• Collaborating with creative leads and teams to generate fresh and engaging ideas.

• Managing individual projects with support to ensure timely and high-standard delivery.

• Supporting senior team members and mentoring junior colleagues as needed.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Solid understanding of corporate reporting design, including both print and online formats.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and methodical file management.

• Confidence in presenting ideas and contributing to both internal and client meetings.

• Proactive, collaborative mindset with eagerness to share ideas and take feedback.

• Ability to work independently with guidance from Creative Lead or Design Director to deliver outstanding results.
