A prestigious and prominent London-based law firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Senior Associate to join their leading legal team. This is a compelling opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to contribute to a well-regarded firm known for its excellence in corporate legal services, especially within M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and solutions on a wide array of M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

  • Work closely with Partners and senior team members to deliver high-quality, strategic legal counsel tailored to client needs.

  • Play an integral role in public M&A matters, helping to manage complex and high-value corporate transactions.

  • Maintain and build client relationships, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and client service.

  • Proactively engage in business development and networking to expand the firm’s corporate client portfolio.

  • Monitor relevant legal developments and trends, ensuring compliance and providing cutting-edge legal insights.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.

  • Academic excellence with a strong foundation in company law and corporate legal practices.

  • Previous experience at a city-based or other reputable law firm with a strong corporate law department.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex matters independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.

  • Experience in public M&A and/or ECM (Equity Capital Markets) is advantageous but not mandatory.
