Corporate Solicitor

This role is a great opportunity to join one of the South East's leading firms, their corporate team continues to expand and advise large high-value clients both in the UK and internationally. They are now seeking a senior solicitor to play a key role in the ongoing success of the department.

As a valued member of the corporate team, you will be responsible for:

• Advising on a range of corporate law matters including private M&A, investment transactions, MBO’s and MBI’s, joint ventures, reconstructions, reorganisations and more.
• Working on your own caseload as well as collaborating with the team on larger matters.
• Attending networking and BD events.
• Utilising exceptional communication and time management skills in what can be a high-pressure environment.
