Corporate Trainer

Description:

We are looking for experienced corporate professionals to join our team as Domain Expert Corporate Trainers. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, domain-specific training sessions on campus to students, bringing real-world corporate expertise into the classroom. This is a part-time teaching opportunity (a few hours per week) for those who are passionate about sharing their industry knowledge and shaping the next generation of professionals.

Important: This role requires on-campus delivery in one of the specified locations only. There is no work-from-home or online teaching option.

What we're looking for

• Corporate experience is essential – we need professionals with hands-on industry experience, NOT academics
• Deep expertise in one or more of the above domains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make complex concepts practical and relatable for students
• Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation
• Availability to conduct training sessions on campus for a few hours per week
• Self-motivated individuals who can engage learners effectively

Requirements

• Located in Indore, Pune, Guwahati, or Jaipur (No relocation expenses will be paid)
• Must be able to deliver training sessions on campus in person
• Minimum 3 years of corporate/industry experience in relevant domain
• Good internet/data pack connection and power backup
• Working laptop for session preparation
