Description:

Corporate Traveller, a division of the global Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking expressions of interest from talented and experienced Travel Consultants who are eager to elevate their careers. Although this is not an immediate vacancy, submitting your interest puts you on the radar for upcoming roles with one of the most dynamic teams in corporate travel.

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service to a portfolio of business clients. Your goal will be to maximize value and efficiency for your customers while building long-lasting relationships through expert travel management.

You will work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to ensure client needs are met through bespoke, solution-focused travel planning, while staying on top of fare options, airline updates, and incentive programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate travel clients with dedication and attention to detail

  • Proactively offer cost-effective and efficient travel solutions

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Stay updated on fares, airline policies, and industry incentives to deliver added value

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Managers to grow and retain accounts


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Consultant role

  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Amadeus experience essential

  • Strong background in customer service and client relationship management

  • Commercial awareness and ability to maximize client savings and company margin
