We are expanding our team and are seeking a qualified, empathetic Couples Counsellor to join us.

The Role:

• Provide online therapy sessions to couples via secure video platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype).

• Support couples with communication issues, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, intimacy challenges, and emotional reconnection.

• Maintain professional, accurate, confidential client notes in line with GDPR.

• Represent the Adversity to Strength brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Requirements:

• Recognised Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Psychology qualification (Level 4 Diploma or above).

• Specialist training or significant experience in Couples Counselling or Relationship Therapy.

• Current registration with a professional body (BACP, UKCP, NCS, COSRT, or HCPC).

• Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance.

• Commitment to regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development (CPD).

• Experience delivering therapy online in a professional and ethical manner.
