As a CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of several supported living services within a defined region. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensure full CQC compliance, manage and develop local service teams, and help foster a culture rooted in empowerment, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage supported living services across multiple properties

• Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and maintain inspection readiness

• Supervise and develop Service Managers and Deputies to foster a high-performance team environment

• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation to align with service user needs

• Build positive relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and families

• Monitor and enhance service performance through effective quality assurance and improvement initiatives

• Contribute to strategic planning, particularly in relation to service expansion and acquisition

• Maintain a hybrid working balance with on-site presence and some flexibility for remote work

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated leadership in supported living settings

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism

• Deep understanding of CQC regulations and compliance management

• Strong interpersonal and team management skills

• Ability to manage multi-site operations and multidisciplinary teams

• Competency in budgeting, resource planning, and regulatory reporting

• Proactive mindset with resilience and change leadership capabilities

• A valid driver’s license is preferred due to travel requirements across services
