Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, banners and marketing materials for our website, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Harness your illustration skills and modern technology tools to craft graphics, logos, and top-quality GIFs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging web pages, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Utilise video and photography to enhance our marketing efforts and visual storytelling.
- Develop a profound understanding of marketing trends and contribute creative ideas to our marketing strategies.
- Independently manage projects from inception to completion, showcasing excellent project management skills.
- Collaborate with our team to conceptualise and develop innovative product designs, including clothing and toys, maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
- Engage with clients, customers, and colleagues from diverse organisations, businesses, and factories to ensure successful collaboration and project delivery.
- Bring fresh and inventive ideas to brainstorming sessions, driving our creative direction forward.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in web graphic design and management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (experience in Magento would be highly advantageous) and the ability to optimise graphics and visuals for online retail environments.
- Deep understanding and experience in popular social media platforms.
- An understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create visuals that enhance website usability and customer engagement.
- Newsletter Creation: Ability to create complete newsletters from start to finish, including both written content and graphics/imagery. Craft engaging written content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Design visually appealing and effective graphics to accompany newsletter content.
