Description:
Main duties and responsibilities
- Helping develop The Leadmill’s brands through creative mediums
- Producing graphics for venue signage and visuals
- Designing artwork for events such as club nights, live shows, comedy and outdoor events
- Creating video content for marketing purposes (including TikTok)
- Working in the Print Shop department, producing flyers/posters/merchandise
- Helping keep The Leadmill website up to date
- Aiding social media strategy where necessary
- Contributing to and helping shape press campaigns
- Assisting The Leadmill team in maintaining and portraying the businesses core values and ethics
- Identifying trends within key demographics
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Administrative duties as and when required
- To undertake any other relevant duties as reasonably requested by the senior management team
Preferred qualities:
- A strong individual with the ability to work under pressure
- A forward thinker, someone ahead of the curve
- A creative, contemporary portfolio of past work
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in video editing
- Experience and an interest in basic website design/editing
- Self-motivated, with an enthusiasm to develop skills over time
- A passion and love for music and art, in any form
- Confident with a good ability to use initiative
- The ability to pick up on trends and spot opportunities for creative marketing ideas
- Organised, and able to produce work within set time frames, including out of normal office hours at times
