Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice queries for your portfolio, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for speedy resolutions.
  • Proactively contact SME customers through various channels to chase aged debt and meet set call and DSO targets.
  • Utilise Excel daily for generating statements and reports, ensuring accurate data analysis.
  • Collaborate with line managers to reconcile complex customer accounts and find efficient solutions.
  • Suggest changes and improvements to existing procedures, driving positive changes within the team.
  • Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide a top-notch customer experience.
