Credit Controller

Description:

Butler Rose is working with a leading Northampton based financial services business in the search for a Credit Controller to join their team!
What you'll be doing:
 

• Arranging scheduled call backs
• Supervising the queue system
• Communicating with clients who have overdue accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence to assess their circumstances
• Preparing documentation for potential legal measures
• Dealing with customer queries via emails and letters
• Processing payments over the phone
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Required experience:

• Experience in a credit control function
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Be assertive and able to handle difficult conversations
• Excellent communication skills and friendly manner
