Credit Controller

 

Description:

As a Credit Controller at BCD M&E, you will be responsible for the collection of debts for an agreed list of sales ledger accounts and will work to reduce debtor days by managing old debt. You will maintain regular contact with customers, resolve queries promptly, build strong relationships, and meet monthly targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively contact customers to manage outstanding debts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers for efficient cash collection.
    • Resolve queries and provide prompt resolutions.
    • Work as part of a team to meet targets and collaborate with internal colleagues.
    • Prioritize workloads and manage tasks independently.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven credit control experience.
    • Experience working within a finance team.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong MS Office skills (Excel).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Additional Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of the Meetings & Events industry.
