Credit Controller

Description:

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you. You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.

You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.

What you’ll be doing
 

• You will work in a target driven environment to reduce debt across your portfolio
• Within your team you will work towards targets for cash collection reducing outstanding debt
• You will have the ability to identify potential problem accounts, recommending accounts to be halted
• You will represent the company and our values of the business, remaining professional with all customers
• Ensure accurate allocation of cash to client accounts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers

• Proven experience in a credit control

• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
• Confident presenting information and attending meetings
