As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping credit strategies, optimizing customer experiences, and influencing the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Strategy Development:
  Collaborate with the analytics team to design and enhance customer credit strategies aligned with commercial goals and regulatory compliance.

• Campaign Management:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement data-driven customer retention campaigns.

• Segmentation & Targeting:
  Conduct in-depth segmentation analysis to identify and prioritise high-value customer segments for engagement and growth.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure that credit strategies and campaigns align with all relevant regulations and internal policies, mitigating risk related to credit, complaints, or financial loss.

• Performance Analysis:
  Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, using data to refine tactics and improve customer retention and financial outcomes.

• Market & Behavioural Insight:
  Stay informed on industry trends and evolving customer behaviours to recommend strategic improvements and customer-centric initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in credit risk strategy, ideally in the credit card sector

• Proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis and model development

• Skilled in Management Information (MI) reporting and campaign tracking

• Strong ability in data presentation and visualisation

• STEM degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)

• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills

• Self-motivated, analytical, and adaptable to a start-up or scale-up environment
