Crm Developer

Description:

A leading UK hospitality company is looking for a CRM Developer to join their growing team. This role will sit within the centralised CRM team, working across a range of brands within the business. The CRM Developer will collaborate with other CRM team members to understand campaign plans, create CRM journeys, and automate campaigns, while adding value through the use of Braze across both email and push channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CRM team members to understand campaign plans and develop CRM journeys

• Create and manage campaigns and automations using Braze

• Handle both email and push channels to optimize campaign reach

• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure successful campaign execution

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in ESPs (Email Service Providers) and CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), ideally Braze

• Proficient in coding, particularly HTML, CSS, SQL, and Shopify Liquid

• Familiar with a mix of CRM channels

• Excellent communication skills
