Responsibilities include:
- Drive customer engagement and sales through strategic CRM marketing, specialising in Email and Push.
- Build lasting customer relationships through effective post-purchase loyalty programs.
- Maximise product and brand visibility across CRM channels, particularly email.
- Collaborate with local and global agencies to deliver coordinated campaigns.
- Optimise campaign effectiveness through data-driven reporting and analysis.
- Streamline content creation for email and push campaigns.
- Provide reporting and analysis on campaigns.
- Enhance campaign success by benchmarking and applying insights.
- Support on various projects as and when required.
Essential Criteria:
- CRM or Campaign Management or broader marketing experience.
- A natural collaborator, able to work seamlessly with internal teams, agencies, and global partners.
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for precision across multiple work streams.
- Analytical and comfortable working with data to drive informed decisions.
