Crm & Loyalty Lead

 

Description:

The right candidate will be a strategic marketer with the ability to combine their CRM expertise with customer insight, creative thinking, and relationship building.

 

  • At least three years' worth of experience in a CRM and Loyalty role, ideally within a marketing agency or a high-performing consumer/partnerships company
  • A strong understanding of CRM Systems, automation tools, and customer data platforms
  • Proven experience executing successful customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
  • First-class analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Happy to define and deliver the CRM strategy across ticketing, membership, and discovery
  • Able to build and enhance loyalty initiatives that increase customer lifetime value
