Description:
Ophelos is looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager to lead its customer communications function. This is a critical role in a company redefining how debt is managed—with empathy, dignity, and innovation. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing a customer communication strategy that’s thoughtful, data-driven, and impactful across various channels including email, SMS, and letters.
This position involves strategy, writing, and operational execution. You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver messages that deeply resonate with customers. As Ophelos expands into new international markets, your role will help shape how customers experience communication in an increasingly AI-led approach.
Own the complete customer communication lifecycle across SMS, email, and letter.
Lead the development and implementation of an AI-powered communications strategy.
Continuously optimize communications to improve customer engagement and outcomes.
Roll out and manage communications across multiple international markets, including translation/localization processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Intrum teams.
4–5 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, or a similar role.
Expertise in CRM systems and email marketing strategies with strong attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of analytics to inform communications.
Growth-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Effective collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to actively write and develop copy, not just manage from a high level.
